Golf Tournament

On May 30, the Mater Dei Athletic Department held its annual Golf Tournament, located at the Sunset Ridge Golf Club. The Tournament held a total of 28 teams, mainly all were foursomes. Throughout the day, golfers enjoyed friendly competition while helping support Mater Dei’s athletic programs. In addition to the competition on the course, the tournament served as an important fundraiser, helping to provide resources and opportunities for Mater Dei student-athletes. The support shown by players, sponsors, volunteers, and donors demonstrated the strong sense of community that continues to define Mater Dei.
The winners of the Tournament were - as Mr. Rowe remembered them - the “Ringers from Facebook,” dressed in their identifying uniforms that completely separated them from the other com petitors.
The Mater Dei Athletic Department extends its sincere gratitude to all participants, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters who helped make this year’s tournament a success.
